Energy saver for sewing machine
Our sewing machine energy saver is designed to save electricity for
industrial sewing machines. We adopted the advanced microcomputer
electronic technology to inspect and calculate
The actual needed energy, and finally to control the power output
as per motors actual load. The energy save rate can reach 50%--75%
when there is no power output; the standard energy save rate can
reach 15%--25% when there is power output.
Therefore, by using our energy-saver device, we can save
electricity 20%-45%.
The sewing machine energy saver's
characteristics can be descriped as below:

reduce the wear-out between the clutch and motor, thus to extend
their working life.
2. Lessen the loss of magnetic energy when motor in high speed
turning, reduce its heat energy, optimize the working environment.
